The Experience

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm and nurturing space.

You’ll move through three deeply restorative sessions, each designed to support a different layer of your wellbeing:

✨ A grounding Sound Healing session to settle your mind and energy

✨ A personalised Remedial Massage to release physical tension

✨ A soothing Reflexology session to restore balance within the body

 

Each experience is 55 minutes, with gentle 5-minute transitions in between — allowing time to pause, breathe and integrate.

This is your time to slow down… without rushing from one thing to the next.
