Shared Understanding of Limitations 🌿
At The Hills Wellness Collective, we honour the time, energy, and presence of both our clients and practitioners. To maintain a harmonious space for all, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, as your practitioner has reserved this time specifically for you.

We do understand that life can be unpredictable, and emergencies may arise. In these cases, we’re happy to explore a mutual arrangement on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can support you with compassion and clarity.

Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, as we aim to avoid impacting those scheduled after you.
